Customer Success Executive

Job Description: You will develop customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty, ultimately improving customer lifetime value and reducing churn. You will also help in ensuring all customers are successfully using the product or service and in praise of the same. Nature and Scope of the Role: 

  • Take ownership of the assigned accounts and promote a “customer first” environment at all times
  • Mediate between clients and the organization with ease
  • Develop and implement a well-planned customer on-boarding
  • Identify Upselling and Cross-Selling opportunities
  • Maintain existing account base through timely annual renewals
  • Minimize customer churn
  • Customer interactions must be handled with diplomacy and tact
  • Push yourself and the team by recognizing and suggesting areas of improvement
  • Provide online customer training sessions as per request
  • Should be able to identify the health of the account from time to time by analyzing the customer pulse and take necessary steps to improve their experience with the organization
Primary Skillset:
  • A fresh-minded individual with Nil to 1 year of experience (preferably in customer-facing roles)
  • Proactive and Detail-oriented
  • Patient and active listener
  • An organized individual who takes initiative, and follows up independently internally or with the client based on the requirements
  • Must possess ample knowledge of basic computer skills and email/ phone etiquette
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
