Digital Marketing Lead

Job Description: This is a requirement for a Digital Marketing Lead for a new-age retail company that leverages two of the most recognized and valuable brands in their domain of business. We are looking for a Marketing Lead to drive the end to end marketing initiatives across consumer segments and platforms, based out of our Chennai/Coimbatore office. You will lead the strategy development and delivery of campaigns to various audiences across multiple channels and will be a core team driving growth.

    Nature and Scope of the Role:
  • You will help grow the volume of new customers, at the right price point by delivering complex digital customer acquisition activities with a robust lead acquisition program
  • You will possess hands-on delivery across SEO, PPC, Display and Mobile Marketing
  • You will design and drive campaigns defining the hypothesis, executing, analyzing and systemizing
  • You will focus on customer funnel driving acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization You will use your strong analytical ability to figure out problem statements and plug leakages in user funnels
  • You will help connect with customers sending right messages at right time leveraging the best available channel for the choice
  • You will help manage the brand presence via social media and other outlets
  • You will help develop & implement an attribution model to fully understand the role of each online channel
  • You will improve existing and develop new programs for acquiring customers and lead strategic thinking around onsite and offsite acquisition programs
  • You will help monitor all levels of acquisition funnel; analyze performance, identify areas for improvement, and take action to improve overall acquisition metrics
Primary Skillset:
  • You have significant business-to-consumer experience focused on online marketing, campaign development and management, and customer acquisition
  • You have experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • You are committed to customer needs consideration, incorporating organizational goals, and forming part of a team that wants to create an experience able to inspire brand loyalty and drives site conversion
  • You have the ability to plan for and use resources efficiently and always look for ways to reduce costs, create accurate and realistic budgets, and track and adjust budgets.
  • You are exceptionally performance-driven, digitally savvy, analytical, and able to manage a project to a timeline and budget
  • You have a creative mind, someone that can help to create engaging, exciting communications
  • You possess 5+ years’ experience in digital and multi-channel customer acquisition with strong experience of PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Display & Mobile marketing
  • You have strong mathematical skills and statistical knowledge
  • You are purely driven by numbers as much of the focus will be on innovation required in performance marketing and marketing spend optimization
  • You are proactive, innovative with budget management and outstanding organizational and analytical skills in leading projects from inception through to implementation and completion
  • You have experience in increasing conversion rates and a proven track record for acquiring new customers with a strong understanding of high-value retail sales cycles and consideration
