John Gray is a professor of Operations and Business Analytics at the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University. He worked for eight years in operations management at Procter & Gamble prior to his PhD.
His research interests include examining hidden risks and challenges in offshoring and outsourcing, and how managers deal with such challenges. He is getting increasingly involved in public policy, both in his research (including editing public policy articles at two operation management journals) and in practice. He teaches data analysis and an elective called Strategic Global Sourcing at the PhD., MBA, and undergraduate levels.
