It’s important to understand our background when we are talking about the Payodian culture. At Payoda we cherish leadership values in people, and we believe that it’s our destiny to develop leadership values in the society as a whole. In fact, as a social contribution, we are committed to building schools of leadership that inculcates holistic education with the goal of churning out individuals with high social skills who would aspire positive change in every aspect of our society.

We understand that change begins at home, and by home we are referring to the Payodian family. Our recruitment process gives high priority to individuals’ character and aspirations. Our internal training and mentoring is designed to recognize and groom such values. In the same lines, we recognize meditation as a means to not just de-stress but also expand our values and strengthen the individual. Every day, all the Payodian’s stop their work to meditate together at a specific time.

Every Individual is Unique

We recognize that every individual is unique and has his/her own strengths and aspirations. To align these strengths, we have a unique strengths management system (yes, it’s not a performance management system). All senior leaders spend quite a bit of our time periodically throughout the year on one-on-one sessions to connect with every  Payodian.

Our project management system is designed to bring in autonomy so individuals can work on tasks that best suits their strengths and aspirations. Based on agile methodology and best practices, we are working on a system that is continually improving to best leverage our collective strengths to deliver the best results.

Empathy and Customer delight

Engaging with people the right way is probably our biggest strengths. Empathy is at the core of the Payodian culture, which we leverage to crystallize the problem at hand before we jump into solving it.

Our vision of providing simplified answers is based on the following: life has to be simple no matter what function one performs. Customer delight comes automatically by focusing on this simple fact. Our functional and technical consultants are groomed in a systematic manner to come up with simplified solutions for the right problem. In a fun and collaborative fashion, we come up with ideas that best solves the problem at hand.

Learning and Growth

We live in a world of rapid change, innovation and massive amounts of information. Since quite a bit of learning happens in a job, we have designed our learning programs to be close the work that we do. Learning goals are given highest priority and in many cases mandated as part of the strengths management system.

Some of our initiatives for learning are unique and innovative with the end goal of creating complete individuals who are professional and highly successful in what they do.

Higher Performance standards

A common attribute to all Payodians is that we share very high aspirations. We believe that the world can be a lot better and we are ready to make it happen. The standards that we set upon ourselves is very high and as it’s closely tied to our strengths and aspirations, we don’t mind going the extra mile to achieve greatness in what we do. The values that we stand for is our biggest drive.
